Our facility features a 130+ station central facility with leading edge VOXCO Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) system with predictive dialer and in house sampling database. The CATI system allows data to be entered directly into a computerized database as interviews are conducted making this advanced computer system and supporting software the premier interviewing tool for accurate, cost-effective, and reliable sampling. Other advantages of the CATI system is it can also be used to play audio clips for respondents such as music or advertising.
